"To Me With Love": A Performance of Self-Care

This blog documents my six-week performance-engagement with “self-love.” I understand self-love to be anything and everything that inspires holistic well-being and nothing short of goodness. In my journey towards self-love and care I am enlisting the help of family, friends, and all those who are willing to share their own strategies for enacting self-love. I will reenact these strategies on my body; loving some, failing at others, and perhaps committing to some on an ongoing basis.
